Call For Submissions

Festival Submission Process

Each federation may submit music for concert programming consideration. All federations can submit up to 20 minutes of music. It might be possible to program more than 20 minutes for federations that will be attending. Programming priority will be given to those who can attend the conference. Submissions can include works for fixed media, video, and works that include live performers. We also welcome installation proposals. Although some performers may be available, Federations that submit works requiring live performers are encouraged to provide their own performer.

Concert Submissions and Conference Presentation Proposals must be submitted by June 30, 2014.

Please complete the form (click here) and submit your proposals only online through the EasyChair conference management systemIn addition to completing the form we require that all performance materials be uploaded to Google Drive (please follow the step-by-step instructions below).


Audio and Video Submission Instructions

Please upload any supporting audio or video files to Google Drive by following the following steps:

    1. Go to to establish your own gmail account if you have not already done so.
    2. Once you have a gmail account you can point your browser to and upload your files that support your festival submissions.
    3. Go to your drive share settings (right click and select Share) and add the email address at the Invite people field.
    4. Upload your files.
